The red icon on the toolbar in the middle of the page will do the trick. Just select what you want to delete (you can Ctrl+click to select multiple items) and click that red icon.
PS: I am assuming you are logged into the MobileMe web site.

I can't seem to find out how to remove pictures and their folders from the Mobile Me gallery once they have been exported. Can you help?

Jan,
The link button that points to the plug-in's home page is in the Plug-in Manager, along with the version information and a "Check for Updates" button. As far as watermarking and sharpness control features are concerned, I will be adding them in the next update, which should be available for download this Sunday evening.

Finally an export plugin for Mobile me. A good first version that is working, nice. Some improvements should be made though, :
- i agree with the email button, and a link button, that can point out to the main page of your website
- the possibility to include a watermark or name in the images
- and last but not least the possibility to control the sharpness of the image (all the images look unsharp to me) and the colorprofile used for the export (adobe RGB, Prophoto, sRGB)

Thanks in advance

great plug-in. would be perfect if you could add the ability to set album preferences within plug-in (private, download, etc.). also, it would be a small bonus to add the ability to email link to gallery.
