Sure, this is where you use the new text templates. Use the title metadata field as the primary template, then an empty "fallback" template if the metadata field is empty:

Primary Template: {{Title}}
Fallback Template:
Use if blank: {{Title}}

Thanks, I worked this out after posting. Is it possible though to have titles show up where I have entered them in metadata but files with no title to remain blank? I do not want a mixture of titles and file names.

Thanks

When you create a new album, clear the "Show Titles" box in the New Album Properties window.

How do I upload to mobileme so that no title shows up. I cannot get rid of some kind of file name or index number.

Thanks

Thank you! I have been able to reproduce and fix this issue with stripped photo titles in version 1.18.3, now available for download.

Although I must say, Sofus had a different issue - he was saying the entire metadata got somehow stripped. I re-tested, and the metadata remains intact, unless you select the Minimize Metadata box in the Export dialog.

If anything is stripped, it is stripped by Lightroom, not my plugin. Please make sure the Minimize Metadata option on the Export/Publish dialog is not selected.

Just bought your plugin. Nice setup and good work. BUT if it keeps striping all my exif from my photos its really useless. The main reason to buy this was to make it talk with my ipad and iphoto, without duplicating my photos. I GEO tag all my photos and also miss the caption. Are you working on a fix for this?
