Normally I respond to all messages and debug log submissions within 1 day. If you are in the same time zone (EST) you should expect a response within a few hours. If you don't receive a reply, please make sure to check your spam folders. Do not hesitate contacting me again if you don't hear back within 2-3 days - either your message or my response have lost their way and need to be re-sent.
