Many thanks to Gerben Meijer who reported an issue with the installer script inside the Lightroom Plugin Helper module. This bug causes an error during the upgrade via Admin > Modules (however the new module functions correctly otherwise). If you did experience the error, please re-download the module, install in your Gallery's modules folder, and apply the upgrade. After that the Modules screen should confirm that you are running Lightroom Plugin Helper module version 3.
